Hey I’m Raistlin van Spronsen, a travel enthusiast from beautiful Northern British Columba. I love to explore the countless ways people travel around the world. My dream one day is to become a world traveler and visiting countries such as India, Australia, Philippines, New Zealand, Netherlands, Germany and many others.
You may have seen one of our videos on YouTube or stumbled across my photos on Instagram, I love all kinds of travel including aviation, road trips and so much more. I want to venture into train travel and eventually cruising as well.

Traveling Solo since 2012
Since first venturing out on my first solo adventure to Vancouver in the summer of 2012 (this was a gift from my parents after my high school graduation) traveling since has become a passion of mine. I’ve planned, budgeted and organized pretty much every aspect of most of my trips (my BCWG was handled by the BC Games Society).
Since that trip I’ve traveled to Vancouver in 2015,2017 & 2020, Edmonton in 2019, and Prince George in 2020. I took twice yearly trips to Fort St. John from 2016 through 2020, I have had taken a few day trips since then, but plan on making some more speed skating related trips this upcoming season (check the calendar for dates and locations)
Bringing the North to the World
Dawson Creek is full of excitement and fun events. Annual events range from our annual Dawson Creek Music Festival, Summer Show N’ Shine, Dawson Creek Exhibition & Stampede, many different Rotary Club events and local community groups hosting events.
This allows not only myself and my team to capture these events but also attend these events as well.
Our blog will share our event experiences, travel experiences and lifestyle thoughts as well.
